Located minutes from the beach in Cala Vadella, Villa Xi, is a newly renovated, modern, mediterranean residence. The new pool offers spectacular views of the surrounding mountainside and an unmatched level of privacy. The renovation was completed with the use of local materials which maintains the originality of the villa while adding touches of modernity.
The stones incorporated in the stairs and pathways leading to the outdoor spaces of the residence, combined with the natural landscape already prevalent give the villa a sense of natural tranquility. A lower deck provides space for an outdoor yoga area or a peaceful place to relax, while still enjoying the views of the home.
Inside of the newly executed living space, the use of natural lighting and modern interior design combine beautifully with the natural touches of the exterior.
